Hi friends, I’m Siobhán!

I’m so glad you’re here. I am a mom of three little ones and a certified postpartum doula PCD(DONA). Our family lives just outside of Atlanta, GA.

When I became pregnant with my oldest child, I remember feeling completely overwhelmed and very lost postpartum. I struggled so much, and realized how unprepared I was for the realities of the fourth trimester and the first year. Over the next few years I began educating myself as much as possible about birth and postpartum, and found a true passion for helping other families.

I chose to become a postpartum doula for that reason, and since then have been honored to work with families of all kinds. The Fourth Trimester Toolkit TM was launched to be able to provide the same types of education and resources in an accessible form to even more people, so that together we can shift what thriving in postpartum looks like.

As seen in:

After facing my own struggles during pregnancy and postpartum while juggling and demanding career and the mental load of motherhood, the desire to launch a resource dedicated to helping others navigate this time was born.

At The Little Years Collective, our mission is to empower families and the lives of all mothers and birthing people by supporting their transition to parenthood. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive network of resources and services between mothers and experts in the pregnancy, birth and postpartum space. Our goal is to empower families to thrive during pregnancy and postpartum amidst the multitude of physical, emotional, social, and cultural challenges.

We are so glad that you are part of our LYC community!
