Your Postpartum Starting Point

A simple, one-page guide to help you feel steadier in the first weeks after birth.

Prepping for postpartum?

You don’t need to figure everything out right now.

Postpartum is tender, emotional, and unpredictable. When you’re tired and overwhelmed, the hardest part is not knowing what’s normal, what actually matters today, and when to ask for more support.

Your Postpartum Starting Point gives you a calm place to begin. It’s a free, one-page worksheet you can print or keep on your phone that helps you:

  • Name a few daily non-negotiables that help you feel okay enough
  • Understand what emotions and experiences are common in early postpartum
  • Recognize when it’s time to get more support instead of waiting it out
  • Map out who can help you and how to ask
  • Ready to start? Enter your email below and I’ll send Your Postpartum Starting Point straight to your inbox.

You can save it, print it, and come back to it whenever you need.

Hey Hey! I’m Siobhan.

I’m a certified postpartum doula who’s passionate about empowering new families.

When I became pregnant with my oldest child, I remember feeling completely overwhelmed and very lost postpartum. I struggled so much, and realized how unprepared I was for the realities of the fourth trimester and the first year. Over the next few years I began educating myself as much as possible about birth and postpartum, and found a true passion for helping other families.

I chose to become a postpartum doula for that reason, and since then have been honored to work with families of all kinds. The Little Years Collective was launched to be able to provide the same types of education and resources in an accessible form to even more people, so that together we can shift what thriving in postpartum looks like.
